This is literally what I go through with emetophobia. It’s so debilitating my heart goes out to every one who also struggles with emetophobia and Ed. Im 16, and I simply cannot eat at all some days because it’s so bad.
Major allergens: egg wheat (soy sauce) sesame seeds (sesame oil) Clearly she has no training in the major food allergens! lol
she is not a mushroom girl so she is not a funguy
I'm autistic, have (obviously...) A.D.(-H)D. Chopped up it taste different! Also for some reason after a harsh day it's somehow perfect to shop your anger away XD

The advise of adding rather than subtracting has been such a game changer for me, so much so that I am down 30 lbs 😊 that coupled with making my portions a little smaller has put me in a much better mindset than diets I’ve been on in the past
